2 · Directory listings

Consultants listed in the directory are independent practitioners who completed our training course. They are not employees, agents, or contractors of ADAConsultant.com. We do not warrant their work or guarantee outcomes. Any engagement is solely between you and the consultant you choose.

3 · Course & certificate

On successful completion of the course and capstone quiz, you receive a certificate of completion and access to the private document library. The certificate documents participation in our training program. It is not a government license, credential, or accreditation.

4 · Document library

Documents in the library are templates, not legal instruments. They must be reviewed and customized by a qualified professional before use with your clients. Your use of these documents is at your own risk.

5 · Payments & refunds

Course tuition and directory listing fees are non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or after you access more than the first course module, whichever comes first. Annual listings renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Email ada@adaconsultant.com for billing questions.

6 · Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, submit false lead requests, scrape the directory, impersonate others, or attempt to circumvent authentication. We reserve the right to remove listings and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7 · Limitation of liability

ADAConsultant.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8 · Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ADAConsultant.com is domiciled, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
